Why do I open an account with Auriga Global Investors and not Quadriga Funds?

Auriga Global Investors is the main marketer of Quadriga Funds. The accounts have to be opened in a Securities Society and not in a manager.

What is the difference between a stock account and a current account?

A checking account contains money and the securities account contains financial products such as mutual funds or stocks. Securities accounts have to be associated with a current account, whereas current accounts do not require a securities account.

What should I do if I want to register and I am a minor?

You must fill in the «Add authorized» or «Add holder» box in step 2, completing the personal data indicated on it. Once you press the «Continue» button to step 3, the second owner / authorized, you will receive an email with a link asking you to «Confirm your mail».

Once this link is pressed, you must complete the economic data as completed for the first account holder to be opened.

In this way, the contract generated will include both the first holder of the account and the second owner or authorized and the client can proceed to the signed of the same in order to continue to the next step.

What is the contract that I am signing?

The documentation that the client signs for the opening of the securities account is the following:

– Precontractual information: In accordance with the MIFID regulations, this document contains information about Auriga, its procedures for the protection of its customers and information about the different financial products and associated risks.

– Contract for Opening Account, Deposit and Securities Administration: Collect in detail the rights and obligations of the parties.

– Attachments: It mainly collects the fees that Auriga will apply in the different operations carried out by the client.

– Test of Convenience: It facilitates to Auriga information about the financial knowledge of the client, to be able to evaluate its suitability for the different products and to offer the maximum protection in each case.

When will I receive a copy of the contract?

Once Auriga notifies the client that his account is operational, he will receive a copy of his contract, in the email he has provided, within 48 hours.

What should I do if I receive an email after the process requesting additional information?

In the case of salaried persons and pensioners that correspond to risk clients for Auriga Global Investors SV SA, the activation of the account will not proceed until Auriga Global Investors SV SA does not receive from the client one of the following documents:

– Payroll.
– Certificate of pension or recent subsidy.
– Certificate of employment relationship.
– Last declaration of the IRPF.
– Current employment contract.

In the case of Auriga Global Investors SV SA, it will NOT proceed to the activation of the account until Auriga Global Investors SV SA, does not receive from the customer, one of the following documents:

– Receipt of Social Security in the autonomous regime.
– Last declaration of the IRPF.
– High in Hacienda of the activity.
– Quarterly or annual VAT or IRPF withholdings.
– Latest receipts from the professional school.

In the case of legal persons, legal entities with reserved admission must present the documents shown below: The activation of the account will not proceed until Auriga Global Investors SV SA, does not receive from the client, one of the following documents:

– Corporation tax.
– Annual or quarterly VAT.
– Registration of activities in the Treasury.
– Presentation of accounts in the Registry.
– Activity report.
– Economic balance of the previous year.
– Budgets of the current year.

Can I have more than one account in my name on Auriga Global Investors?

No, Auriga Global Investors can not have two open accounts with the same ownership. What you can have is an individual account, and another account in the name of a company, or an individual account and another account opened with another co-owner.

Can the holders of an open account be modified?

No, it is not allowed to modify the ownership of an open account. Only those authorized can be modified.

How can I change my personal data associated with my Auriga Global Investors account?

In order to change the contact information, such as tax residence, postal address, civil status, etc., you must send us an email with the express request for change, to the email address: info@aurigasv.es
It is essential that the request be made from the email associated with your Auriga Global Investors account.

How can I change the email associated with my Auriga Global Investors account?

To change the email associated with your account, you must write to us from the address we have registered for you, expressly indicating the new email address that you want to have associated from that moment. The request for change must be sent to the address info@aurigasv.es

Once the change is confirmed, you can only use the new email address associated with it.

If the Auriga Global Investors account has several associated email addresses, because the account has two or more headlines, the email change request will always have to come from each of the associated addresses.

How do I cancel my account?

In order to cancel your account with Auriga Global Investors you must send us a letter, formally requesting the cancellation, by email, attaching the scanned document, to info@aurigasv.es.

In writing, the following data must appear on at least 1 of the account holders (if there is more than one contract holder): name and surname, ID number, account number, date, place and signature of the account holder .

Once we have this document, and confirm the validity of the data contained therein, we will carry out the process immediately.

Do transfers have tax implications?

No, the transfers have no fiscal implications, and the shares will retain the seniority of the first purchase provided that it is a fund with a minimum of 500 participants. It will not be taxed until there is a definitive repayment of the shares.

What is my account code, customer code, from Auriga Global Investors SV?

Your Quadriga Funds customer code / Quadriga Funds account number is indicated within the ‘Account Summary’. It is the code that was assigned to you at the opening of the account; you can check it also in the opening contract.

I just made a transfer income, when will I have the money available in my Auriga account?

National transfers take from 1 to 2 business days to arrive at the destination bank, according to the entity from which you make the transfer. Once the funds reach our revenue account, they will be updated in your account.

How long does it take for a refund to reach my bank account?

Since the funds leave your Auriga Global Investors account, it will take 1 to 2 business days to reach your bank.

How much do refunds cost?

From Auriga Global Investors we do not charge commission for a refund. What we can not confirm are the expenses that can be generated in your destination entity, by the receipt of those funds.

I just asked for a refund, when will it be processed?

If the refund has requested on a business day, before 13:00, it will be processed that same day. Once the reimbursements have been approved, if yours is not rejected – for not having a balance, not having paid a sale, etc. – the funds will come out of your account that same afternoon. Reimbursements requested after 13:00, are processed the next business day.

Can I make a refund to a non-member account?

No, sorry, but for security reasons, refunds can only be made to the associated bank account.

What is the cost of transferring an investment fund that I maintain in Auriga Global Investors to another entity?

From Auriga Global Investors we do not charge for portfolio transfers to other entities; what we can not guarantee in any case, is if your target entity will charge for this management.
